Mouthfull of Stew is an online cooking show presented by Stew Simpson and produced by Neil Widowson.

Stew has a passion for cooking food from all over the world but has a personal love of Italian Food with yearly visits to the Italian Region of Abruzzo to gather inspiration for his passion. The show is presented with tongue in cheek humour from Stew's home in the beautiful village of Castle Carrock, in Cumbria in the North West of England.
